Uvod
Komunikacijski butik d.o.o. posvećen je zaštiti privatnosti svih osoba čije osobne podatke obrađujemo, bilo da se radi o posjetiteljima naše web-stranice, poslovnim kontaktima ili korisnicima naših usluga. Ovom Politikom privatnosti („Politika“) opisujemo koje podatke prikupljamo, na koji način ih koristimo, komu ih ustupamo, kako ih štitimo te koja su vaša prava u vezi tih podataka. Politika je usklađena s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka (GDPR) te relevantnim hrvatskim zakonima.
Svim korisnicima naših usluga i posjetiteljima web-stranice preporučujemo da pažljivo pročitaju ovu Politiku prije bilo kakve interakcije s nama.

Izvršitelj obrade podataka: u kontekstu pružanja usluga klijente. Kada klijent određuje svrhu i sredstva obrade osobnih podataka svojih krajnjih korisnika, Komunikacijski butik djeluje kao izvršitelj obrade podataka.
Podizvršitelji obrade: AI platforme i drugi vanjski pružatelji usluga koje angažiramo (npr. OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, odnosno bilo koji drugi AI-pružatelj) djeluju isključivo kao podizvršitelji obrade podataka („subprocessors“) prema čl. 28. GDPR-a. S njima sklapamo zasebne ugovore o obradi podataka (DPA) i osiguravamo da primjenjuju iste ili slične mjere zaštite osobnih podataka koje zahtijevamo i mi sami.

Ti se podaci koriste isključivo za odgovaranje na upite i ne dijele se ni s kim osim s internim zaposlenicima ili suradnicima koje moramo angažirati u svrhu davanja odgovora.
Podaci koje korisnik sam unosi: ime, prezime, adresa e-pošte, naslov poruke te sadržaj poruke.
